About Your eTicket(s)

After purchasing ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s). Please check your email settings and spam folder if you’re having trouble finding the email.

You will need to bring your eTicket(s) on your mobile device or in print form on the date of your visit.

Please Note: The “Ticket Date”  indicates your arrival date only. Once you have checked in at the Museum’s Admission Desk you can visit all day until 5 p.m.
